“Angelica”

A swarm of insects enters the room while Jena Malone is sitting up with her legs spread and naked on a bed while wearing a merkin. Her nipples are partially visible through a see-through robe. The insects then assume the form of a guy, who attempts to have intercourse with her while standing between her legs, until she grabs a knife and stabs him. Then, as she lies on her side next to him, some of her naked butt is visible.
